How to make the most of this program?

I just join FB plus since I wanted to try it before they raise the price and I’m completely new to to FB as a whole. It’s overwhelming how much content there is! I want to make my own program as I want to keep things as Close to free as possible but I’m not sure where to start? I’ve been doing yoga and occasional walking as my exclusive form of exercise and find that now that I’m getting older (41) I need some cardio and strength training to help as yoga and walking alone is not going to be enough. I have scoliosis and prolapse so looking for low impact. Any suggestions?
