Well, I did the entire workout as well as about 75% of the extra credit challenge. That’s pretty good considering I didn’t really feel like doing anything at all 😅 But as you can see from my calendar, I had been indulging in that nice lazy feeling for the last few days. So I pushed through that initial slump and I’m really glad I did. It really does feel good to move! It also helped that I told everyone I was starting the program today, so thanks for the motivation to keep my word!
I took a couple of really simple videos as a “before” snapshot. All I did was a few squats and push-ups. I’ll do the same in 4 to 6 weeks and I’m hoping to see an improvement in the way I move, my squat depth, general posture & overall bodily control.
I hope your week is off to a great start. Make sure to eat well, exercise in moderation, drink lots of water and try to keep your stress low, to keep your immune system strong and body feeling good. Take good care of yourselves!
