New Free workout just went live if you need to work those arms!

It is my turn to post about a new workout and this one is all kinds of strange in the best way possible. This new Functional Upper Body Strength Workout - Dynamic Irregular Strength Training is a weird one but will keep your brain and body from getting bored.

I have specifically built this one to break out of that traditional strength training rut. It takes some exercises you are most likely familiar with and changes them just enough that your body and brain have to do some serious work to keep everything in line. It will feel awkward and that is the point. If you just do the same thing over and over your body will get use to it and will try and resist change. Whether that changes is increased calorie burn or increased strength.

So, give this one a try and see how well your body can adapt to slight changes to your training style, and of course let me know here and on the workout page comments, how you liked it and if you want to see more like it.
