Hello there, I just started FB Mass and I love it! I work out in the mornings and eat healthy up until dinner time.. Idk why but I have such a bad sweet tooth after I eat that I would binge on whatever sweets I can find in the kitchen because I know I have a workout scheduled for the morning, even though it makes me feel awful. Do you guys have any tips & tricks to help suppress my sugar cravings?? :/
