Salsa πŸ’ƒ ....lower body or total body?

I’ve just gotten back into salsa/bachata dancing after a 3.5 year hiatus and want to add it as a custom workout on FB plus (LOVE this feature btw). Usually, I select body focus as β€œwhat part of my body gets sore from this activity?” Lol...Right now my thighs and hips are talking...arms/upper body in general feel ok(thank you strength training for getting me through spins and dips!).

Still, would the salsa and/or bachata dancers out there say it’s total body?
