There are five active days a week, with an optional sixth day recovery workout. Workouts are all under 40 minutes, and average out to 34 minutes a day. The program is dynamic and fun, and the main training types are strength training, Pilates, low impact HIIT/cardio, stretching and more.
I’m doing it with you guys & I’m excited to get started! I did the first round last year and it gave me a significant boost in all the best ways (strength, endurance, balance, coordination & even a bit of flexibility). I’m anxious to really dedicate myself and jump in.
It will be live tomorrow morning by 9AM PST. Anyone else interested in tackling the challenge is more than welcome and of course we don’t all have to be on the same program (or any program) to cheer each other on 😊
