my random planning

So, finished reach today, and am not yet ready to jump into another one. I like to have my week planned out so I dont waste time deciding on a routine or three. So......I programmed 7 min and warmup/cooldown and started hitting "surprise me". found lots of new ones and ones I havent ❤️.... Chose two for each day. did the same for cardio and 10 min, and either upper or lower for 10 min. Weds got an extra ab workout since I have that morning off!!! Not one day is the same! Was lots of fun to click!!
