Yet another... before & after... still proud, still pressing on

My body is stronger, my mind is calmer, my face and physique are slimmer, and meeting the mat is a now a habit, I don’t even think about “to do or not to do” in the morning anymore. It’s just done. Diet wise, I ate well overall and practiced intermittent fasting.

One more thing: Both my knees are injured from a car accident some 17 years ago. Whenever I work out consistently, they stop bothering me, achey, creeky, and such. As I’ve progressed in the program, I’ve noticed once again that the achiness is gone. I’ve built up muscle around the knee and my joints feel strong.
