Coming off birth control and workouts

Hello, sorry this one is for the ladies, I've been thinking of coming off birth control after 9 years. I know it will be a massive change and worry about it effecting my workouts. I usually take 2 or 3 packs back to back so I don't bleed, I can't remember what my cycle was like before starting the pill so thats why I am worrird of it effecting working out. Has anyone been through the same thing who can give me advise? I will be speaking to my Doctor about it before I come off of it but I wanted to hear other womens experiences.

I know you shouldnt believe everything you read but I also read some woman lose alot of hair, get very bloated and gain loads of weight...again what are your experiences? I know every body is different but would love to know your stories.
