So every time I try doing star jumps, I feel pain in my groin. It reminds me of the weird loose ligaments I felt occasionally while pregnant. I can do jumping jacks (although sometimes I have to lower the intensity so I don't pee myself) but the motion of kicking your feet out and bringing them back in one jump for the star jumps just pulls something weird. Anyone have problems with this? Any ideas what I can do to fix/strengthen that area? I usually switch between the low impact version and jumping jacks but it would be great the be able to do the full version.
