I know, I know, everybody is different. But still, what is a gauge for a healthy calory intake? Say, for me some mad anorexic calculators suggest 1500 calories pet day to maintain and generous bodypositive give 2700.
For the record, I am tall (176cm), 37, female, light-built, quite active (5-6 workouts per week, love walking), reasonable eating preferences. Maintained 125lbs for over a decade, recently gained on some sad events, middle age 15lbs, I guess. Work to lose those and not to hate myself too much now.
But I have never been good at calorie counting, love moving though.
How much is enough
