FB Fit round 2 Daily Update, Jan 12

Hi fellow "Blend-fitters"!

(If someone has a better name idea, feel free, cause this one is a bit lame 😂)

As Maria Fernanda J suggested, I'm creating a post for today to know how you're doing with the program and your fitness journey in general, nutrition and/or any other subject you want to address 😊

Today was the first day of week 2 for me. I really liked it. I tried keeping to the low impact mods for some of the hiit because my knee has been slightly bothering me lately, but it's harder than I thought to force yourself not to push harder when you feel able to... I'll need to work on that!

But I was reasonable and skipped the extra credit. I was already drenched in sweat and my back didn't feel up for extra weight training after the main workout.

Do you also start to feel it in your back at the end of long lower body strength workouts or do you think I'm doing something wrong?

Other than that, I did the most relaxing video of 30 days of yoga with Adriene (Home, day 8). It felt good to lie down on the floor after that super intense FB workout 😅

Now I have to finish preparing the beet, egg and veggie salad from the FB meal plan for tonight. 😋

Sooooo, what are YOU up to today? Rest? Making some progress in the program? Doing something else maybe?
