Now that was a crazy week - statistics

So, this week I did 3 1000kcal workouts.

Friday and Sunday are rest days. Tue and Thu I did some outside light cardio + really intense stretching!

I know stretches are not "really" a level 3, as I've marked them, but I selected level 3 because inside the flexibility world, it was more intense then the level 2 stretches.

Tomorrow I'll start FBBurn round1.

About this week:

I don't usually do 3 "1000 kcal" in one week! Actually, I don't do them not even monthly.

The basis of my workout is the traditional model most of programs follow (strong, sweat, fb30, burn...)

But sometimes when I am not doing a program, I like to do some diferent things with my calendar.

The 3 total body days + 2 intensive stretches days model is intended to test my endurance, and give the body a nice shake and wake.

Sometimes I also do a week only with level 2 and 3 cardio and pilates. Sometimes I focused only on strenght, or only in HIIT and bodyweight...And so on...

But most of the time, I'm doing a well rounded, balenced FB program.

This week was a nice experience. As my usual workouts are 30 to 50 min, my body felt this. Mon and Wed I went full force, a lot of explosion in the hiit and lift heavy on the strenght!

Saturday I lift very very light. Only used 2kg dumbells for hand (to the entire strenght portion).

I know it's normal, considering my body was really tired! Also, Sat workout had 34min of hiit before strenght, way too much.

Today I'm still tired. I'll not even stretch, so I can start Fb Burn tomorrow.

Also I should point out that everyday I cary my 19month son a lot, and he is 15kg heavy.

Also, I walk from 1 to 3 hours everyday (including walk with the stroller, and on foot running after him in parks and playgrounds).

Sooo, the longer workouts really wears me down. I love this week, but for me, the 30-50min daily workouts are MUCH better. So I should only repat a week like this some months from now.
