Good morning!

Tough wake up this morning, but despite dragging myself out of bed late, I got my workout done.

It felt nice to just move - although, during the quadricep stretch and squat, my right leg was crunching the whole time during the squat - ankle and knee mostly... mainly just tried to keep that a bit more shallow because I don't really know if that's just old joints or not. No pain, just very crunchy.
