FB 30 Round 4 - Day 19 Total Body Strength

I completed my workout for today. It was a Total Body Strength workout with Kellie and my arms were shaking halfway through the workout. I think on some of the workouts that I might have lifted too much weight, but it was alright because I lowered the weight. Kellie said that the most important thing during a workout, is to remember how good you'll feel after a workout, and how proud you are of yourself for completing the workout. Another important thing to remember during a workout is to push yourself through the workout, or push yourself into trying new things and don't be afraid to try out new things in life. The one thing that all people must remember, is to make that they are there for the loved ones when they need them the most in life. Also make sure that you are giving your kids that life that they wish for, and that they are happy with there family and loved ones every day.
