help me choose the right program for me, please! :)
Hi! I am Erica and I write from Italy :)
I started working out at home regularly 6 years ago with FB on YouTube and never stopped. I usually do my workouts 3-5 days a week for 35-50 minutes, I LOVE a tough sweaty daily workout, when I have no time I still try to do something quick, one of my favorite routine of all time is the Kelly’s quick kickboxing routine ;)
I primarily used another famous 14 week program for women on rotation these last 3 years. I want a new start, better results, and having fun!
My main goals:
-I want to loose fat to see more muscle definition.
- I want especially more toned legs, with a rounder butt.
- I want an easy and fun program to follow, to help me take care of my self, both physically and mentally.
I think I am in need for an advanced program, but I really don’t know what to choose. Any help will be highly appreciated!
