I LOVE this workout. I know it wont be everyone's cup of tea but it has helped me out so much in the past couple of years and it always leaves me feeling good. I will probably do it later this afternoon - it'll be nice now that I'll have a video to keep my short attention span in check! Let me know if you decide to try it too :)
Feel free to add resistance bands or leave them out. With slight modifications, this can be a beginner workout, or an intense routine (especially depending on how familiar your muscles are with these ranges of motion).
