So last January I did only yoga. Specifically Yoga with Adriene. She does a 30 days of yoga at the start of every year, and this years is called HOME....so it's going to be my fitness tradition. I LOVE fitnessblender but instead of ramping up at the beginning of every year I'm gonna slow it down. December is the worst month for me in several aspects of my life so nutrition and fitness are heavily ignored. And I feel like yoga is the perfect way to recuperate. So conclusion...January for me is going to be about healing and stopping and smelling the roses... and there is a meteor shower tonight and that sounds wonderful!
