I don't recall which Blender it was who shared the 5x5x5 Upper Body workout video recently (it's an oldie) but I want to say "Thank you!"
It's one I've been using a lot lately, and I especially love it for when I travel to see family. I pack up my mat and some 3 and 5lb weights. Depending on how I feel, I'll alternate using the 3lb or 5lbs; when I get stronger, I'll combine them and use 8lbs per hand. Win-win!
I'll be heading home in a couple days, happy that I was able to sneak in a couple #workoutcompletes . 🤗
