The art of improvisation

So I wanted to try inclined chest flies and I’ve never been able to because I don’t have a bench. I don’t mind doing flies flat on my back, but I was feeling creative today.

I stacked one set of yoga blocks diagonally against another set of yoga blocks, but it wasn’t at all supportive for my head. So...

I had this old panel painting laying around from my art student days...

Anyway, not a solution for frequent use, but at least I got to try out those inclined flies.
