HKS Accountability Group Dec. 30

Good morning!

Today was Day 6 for Reach (optional). I had two days rest over the weekend, so I decided to bolster the optional workout with a 10 minute, low impact cardio warm up, bringing the whole workout to just under 30 mins.

I hope everyone is having a lovely post-Christmas. I've decided to get a jump start on my goal for 2020, which is a hyper focus down on being the healthiest version of myself that I can be. It's one thing to know what you need to do, it's another thing to do it.

Today I am restarting the FB vegan meal plan, so I have a lot of yummy and healthy food to look forward to, today.
