I am looking for any advice my FB family can give regarding tennis elbow. I have gotten 2 cortisone shots within the last 14 months. I have tried PT instead of getting the second shot, but that didn't work. Now I am starting to feel some pain in my other arm and fear it is the same thing. Just wondering if anyone else struggles with this and how to prevent it from occurring. I am 46 and I'm starting to think it may be age related. I have exercised consistently for many years with no problems. Thank you for any help you can give.
