Good Morning Everyone,

I am pleased to say I actually slept in this morning. Yeah for me.

Yesterday's workout went well and I am looking forward to another one today.

I am on day 2 of Mass. I have a 5 min warm-up and the following lower body workout:

Going to cruise through Sunday doing miscellaneous chores around home and enjoying the company of my husband.
