I'd like advice from anyone who have done either or both! It's a silly goal, but I'm trying to lose weight to fit a certain fashion aesthetic I want to have for next year, haha, as well as a body I feel confident in for cosplay. And consequently, go back to how my body was before I graduated college, where I had to sprint around a large campus to get to classes on time (daily cardio!). I just finished the fb ABs program and although I can't see my abs yet through the chub, I can definitely feel the improvement in core strength! Jackknife crunches control me no more!
Anyway, the thing I liked about fb abs is that the main workouts were usually around 30mins or less, so I could convince myself that 30 mins isn't going to take over my time. And then I'd sneak in that extra credit since I was already moving. With that mentality, I love both the blend and the sweat format. So I can convince myself to start a shorter workout and then ultimately do a longer one.
I did notice the blend workout average (before extra credit) is a bit longer than sweat, though. Has that affected anyone's motivation to get through the program? I mostly don't have a time constraint in a day, but I do have motivation problems with my chronic fatigue issues. I constantly feel too sleepy to work out.
I'd love to hear your thoughts on the programs! Do they ultimately have similar results? Does blend lose more weight because of the longer workouts? Is there a noticeable difference in results between the two? Is the main difference primarily the old workouts vs new workouts? Can you breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth at the same time? Okay the last question is irrelevant, I guess :P
I apologize if there was already a topic for this. I tried searching, but couldn't find much :(
