I received an Amazon gift card, and something I thought about getting with it is a set of resistance bands. There are so many on Amazon, all with high ratings, how do I choose? I don't even know what to look for in resistance bands. I'm petite, only 5'1 1/2". Does height make a difference? Do y'all have a favorite brand, style, fabric or rubber-ish?
