Do you base your fitness goals on your weight? I'm trying to be more go-with-the-flow and look for improvements in my body. Like today, I'm super wore from last night's #workoutcomplete, but I find that if I don't weigh myself, the pounds will slowly creep up. I eat pretty healthily but make room for a treat during the week, but perhaps I'm just eating too much quantity.
