Hey everyone, I usually work out for atleast 45 minutes to 60 minutes 5/6 days a week. I bought the Round 4 program and the workouts are 30 minutes long roughly - this may be a dumb question but can you stay in shape with just 30 minutes a day? I feel like I should add more. Just wondering what other peoples opinions are or experience. Thank you in advance. Happy holidays!
