I was going through my you tube videos and found a 50 min Pilates video with Kelli. I don’t recall seeing this on the website and it says published on 12-21-19 (today). Kelli is wearing a yellow tank.
Just thought it was interesting bc I can’t find on their website.
It is on the you tube page. Workout is called-WO 2019 10 15Ks mat Pilates flow.
Maybe a mistake, but I really want to do it today because I have DOMS from a very heavy lift leg day.
