So I stumbled across the free 5-day plans on YouTube and LOVE THEM! I started with the busy people and have done the fat loss/lean muscle 2x. I definitely liked the fat loss one better and wondered which FB plan would be an extension of it? I liked it because of content (good mix of HIIT/cardio and strength, some repitition but not much, difficulty level was perfect). Can anyone help me out?
