Yesterday evening i decided that i did this only 2times and this workout call me to do this. So i collect all of my energy and started that at 8am.
But before the workout i thought i can't do this, but something in my body motivated me to do this, and tell me if something is not okay, yo can do low impact hiit and just bodyweight strength training. So i talk with my body. And told that if will be any problem just give me a sign. So guys always listen to your body! And respect!
So the first group of hiit was excellent, i enjoyed every moment of this. Then the first strength group... it killed my legs. Exactly the static holds. So i use 15lbs/hand for squats, side lunges, but the static exercises... i just do the bodyweight.
The second same group of hiit was much killer, especially the second round. After that i felt myself tired.
But there was 12min strength portion...
I think the second group strength training is much killer that the first round. But i did the sumo squat, lunges again 15lbs/hand and the static exercises just bodyweight.
The last 4minutes was the worst... but when i needed i just do a little 1-3s break.
Then the best part of this workout is the 10min cool down.
I love this routine. So guys if you wanna kill your legs for days i totally recommend this active/static workout. It's a really-really 5/5 workout.
So now i just need a shower, because i sweat a lot. And happy, healthy snack( my mum got yesterday at her office the big Mmmmax strawberry milka,. And i am at home- because i completed the first half year of the university, so now just a little break until it starts again- and my mum at work. So maybe this chocolate will dissappear today and nobody will know what happened with this π€ππ) So i just joke! I will eat peanut butter and apples, and joghurt with strawberries.( again strawberriesβ).
So guys i just wanna tell you,that you can do anything what you really want. So dont be afraid of working out. Your body tells you if there is something problem, or when you need to switvh low impact, or drop weights.
You can do it! And with Kelli&Daniel this 30-60 minutes workouts are the most enjoyable moments of my life!

So now guys i have a new goal to try the new 50min active-static lower body strength, endurance burnout routine to kill my legs again. So i'll try it maybe the after christmas(cause i will got a lot chocolate for my grandma, so this routine will be a bit easier πππ).
And i almost forget.. my head told me during the workout: what do you think about cyclibg after lunch? And i oh my god, after this workout i just cannot do anything. And i was thinking about cycling.. am i crazy, right?
