Very beginner core workout needed!

Can anyone recommend a core workout that's a (sad! LOL) level 1? I see some that are 3 to 5 and I know I could adjust, or think I could, but the most I can do is take the position they give and do what I think are called isometric teeny contractions of whatever muscles my body can find in my core, which isn't much at this point!

Any recommendations? Thank you!!! Finished a five day challenge yesterday and trying to plan my next steps.
