While I was scheduling a workout for today, I was wondering, if what I am doing is enough in terms of workouts. Should I do strength training everyday as well as cardio, or should I just keep to having specific days of the week as 'strength' days.Should I do upper body and lower body everyday, or should I have days in the week, designated to each part of the body. And which one of the both is more effective in terms of becoming fitter and reaching your fitness goals.
So, with that in mind, what advice would you give, and how would you structure your workouts in order to be able to workout each part of your body.
