What would you do next?

I am in week 3 of Booty and Flex. I want to continue to work on upper body definition and need to lose about 10 lbs. I have the following programs, Booty, Flex, Abs 2, Strong, Body weight, Burn and Reach.

What would you suggest I do next with the goals of weight loss and increasing upper body mass/definition, in mind?
