Yeastarday I did this Brutal HIIT workout, it's been 3 years since I've done it!
(I loved to do it, but with the pregnancy, post-partum, and then a multitude of new, fun workouts to try, I end-up not doing this one specific)..
Ohhhh boy! I forgot how brutal this HIIT is!!!! Almost 45min of straight hiit is something apart... You need both explosion and endurance! I guess that's the main challenge.
Just to share my toughts during this workout. Have you guys done it already?
Group 1:
- Round 1: Oh, I love this one!!! It goes by so fast! It's gona be over in a heartbeat
- Round 3: WHAT? No way It's only being 1\3 of the entire workout!
Group 2:
- Round 1; Oh, this group is really easier than the 1st. I can finish this workout for sure.
- Round 3: I REALLY HATE MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS!!!!!
Group 3:
Round 1: Ok, my legs are jelly, but group 3 is really easier than 1 and 2. I can do it, only 2 rounds left;
Round 3: I DON'T WANT DO 3 ROUNDS OF STAR JUMP!!!!!! DIE YOU DANIEL, I WILL NEVER DO THIS ONE AGAIN!
