I'm very happy to say that I am into my 3rd week of FB Low Impact this week :) this is the most I've worked out consistently in a couple years, and I am very proud of myself. Looking forward to picking a new program after I finish!
Random question: Do any of you find it hard to engage your abs, even in abs related workouts?
It's definitely one of my weaker points, and I feel like maybe that's why I have a hard time using them. Russian twists for example: I don't really feel anything while doing them, and I find I'm trying really hard to concentrate on keeping my back straight the whole time that I almost can't do them properly? Not sure if that makes sense. Other exercises I definitely feel it, and can only do a few reps before I have to stop.
