NSV!! Reverse Plank

I don’t know about you guys, but this move has been a challenge for me over the years!

Something always seemed to be getting in the way of being able to do the full pose - shoulder pain, ankle pain, weak core, etc...

Not today! As I got into position (expecting to modify as usual) I realized I could it! Like a kid riding a bike - I’m doing it! I’m doing it! 🤣

Needless to say, it was a productive #workoutcomplete!

I think the simple act of adding on short core routines 2-3x/week might be helping me!

It took awhile to get here, and I might not be able to do it again, but I did it today! So I’m celebrating the moment! 🎉
