Good morning everyone!
Today was Day 1 of Reach - I did not do the PFT; so instead, I did a Reach-inspired workout today with https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/relaxing-pilates-yoga-blend-calming-yoga-and-pilates-workout-for-strength-and-flexibility with Day One's recommended warm up and cool downs (which rounded out to about 33 minutes).
The weekend was far too short, but I definitely feel less crunchy than I did on Friday. I was super duper knotted, so the massage really helped.
Back to work today, this week's focus is cleaner eating, in the lead up to the Christmas party (work) on Friday!
