I'm 2 days away from finishing strong. I really enjoyed this program. I'm going back and forth on which to do next. Mass or booty round 2. I prefer strength to HIIT/ cardio mainly due to bad feet. Does anyone have a preference or suggestions for other programs that is geared toward strength?
