Daily Check-in: Thursday, November 7th, FB THROWBACK CHALLENGE DAY 4!!
Hello Blenders!
How're we doin today?
Feelin good? How's the Challenge treating you so far? (And can you believe that it's already Day 4?!)
I don't know about you guys--but I've decided that this Challenge made up of Blenders' suggestions is surprisingly core-centric. I had no idea you guys were such "abs fiends"! haha
Nevertheless, we're on to Day 4! I chose this workout to be kind of a recovery day routine. It's easy to modify the intensity and make it low impact when necessary. So make it work for you, in whatever way you need to!
And as always, remember to take any and all workouts at your own pace! Take extra breaks if you need them---or take things up a notch if you're feelin particularly frisky today too! Make it work for you! (Feel free to swap in your own EC if you want as well!)
I also finally have a picture for you for today. I'd be lying if I said that I haven't been overly inspired to take pictures lately. Things are really stressful, and photos have not been a priority.
But that changes when my Furry Trainers are involved. They are always my inspiration and I will ALWAYS make time for them (and for taking photos of them too). So we've got Furry Trainer #1 here, thoroughly enjoying the fresh snowfall we got yesterday.
(Naturally there's a song that goes with this:
🎶❄️ "Dashing through the snow,
With only one back leg,
O'er the field she goes,
Ears crazy all the way."❄️🎶)
We're supposed to get more lake effect snow, to the tune of 4-8 more inches, today--so there will definitely be more "ears" occurring soon.
