Go-to workout/s?

I've noticed that when I'm feeling a little unmotivated my go-to workout is always a kettlebell one. I think it's because I find them so much fun! Especially ketllebell swings or my favourite - around the world!

So it got me thinking, what is your go-to when you don't really feel like working out but know you'll feel better for it afterwards?

I'd love to hear different people share theirs! :D
