One month of Struggle

Hi all,

A quick reminder to listen to your body and remember that fitness is a lifelong journey. I had some great benefits at the start of my journey. 22 pounds lost at about 0.5-1 lb per week. I was stronger and I was greater. And I KEPT pushing myself.

The breaking point came about a month ago when I kept on pushing myself during a time when my work was insanely crazy. I've been struggling with everything since then (I have classical Central Nervous System fatigue symptoms for 1 month and have been prescribed medication for it)

Things that I have recently started telling myself, and you might find helpful as well:

-I am not perfect. And that's okay.

-The number on the scale and the inches lost doesn't matter. My happiness and energy level does.

I was hoping to loose another 15-20 pounds by the end of the year and I was REALLY looking forward to that. But that goal will have to wait. In the mean time, I'll be switching to low impact after completing FB30 and focusing on fixing my relationship with food.

If you've made it this far in my rant. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I'm sending you so much love and would love to hear if anyone else had a similar issue and if they would recommend any other program?
