I’m recovering from the flu and get winded walking from one side of my house to the other. I’ve been in bed for almost a week and I’m finally feeling better! What workouts do you guys suggest to get back in the game? I still get super dizzy when I bend over so I’m not trying to do yoga yet! Thanks!
