I wanted to check in and also discuss the workout that I did today because I tried a new routine and it did not disappoint lol!
I set a timer for 1 minute, grabbed some weights and did the following:
10 bicep curls - each arm - I held a plank for any time left on the minute timer.
10 bent over rows - each arm - Again held a plank for the remaining time.
15 standing around the world - squat hold and fast jabs for the remaining time.
15 tricep extensions - same as above ^^
20 - 10 on each arm - overhead dumbbell pass - rest for remaining time.
I did the whole thing 3 times through and I about died lol! My arms will definitely be sore tomorrow! I even burned myself out even more by doing a short kickboxing HIIT routine afterwards. The whole workout (including a 5minute warm up and cool down/stretch) came to about 36minutes. :)
