Hi!

I just wanted to say hi to everyone here! I've been working out with FB for about 6 years now but I never joined the community, I wouldn't say I'm perfectly healthy in my diet but I'd say what I do is sustainable. I do hiit and strength twice a week and belly dance or do yoga 4 other days of the week, I've actually been trying to gain a little weight on my butt but I've had no success. Any advice? I sometimes struggle with eating a lot of food as I have had disordered eating in the past so I'd love some support and some people to tell me I'm being dumb haha
