I'm curious where you hold your weights when doing squats and why. I usually hold them at my shoulders b/c I thought that would be more of a challenge. I think it is for my shoulders (and possibly core?!?), but I know I could lift heavier with them at my sides. Maybe that would be good for leg growth. Anyway...curious what you do and why!
