Back at it!

Hey Blenders!

Well I have been off kilter lately. Had a 10 day holiday, took my kit and my resistance bands and..... they stayed in my suitcase the entire time.

It was so warm and being totally honest I couldn't pull myself from the lounger and the pool to workout. I knew I would be heading back to face the British winter and I wanted that warmth!

That said I did swim a lot and I did eat pretty well too. I know I am lucky that I could take a trip but it was also quite stressful, I went with family (who I love dearly) but you know what it can be like when you are all together for a while! I kind of came back and felt emotionally drained. I have anxiety and I think it was triggered.

Anyway all this added up to a break of 15/ 16 days which is really rare for me.

Today was the day though! dragged self from sofa and netflix (why is there so much good stuff on?!) and started the low impact programme. My theory being to get moving again and build out from there.

Sorry for the ramble I felt I needed to put this out there somehow.
