I did a brutal lower body workout 2 days ago that has me literally hobbling around stiff-legged. Getting down the stairs is a struggle. Getting up from my desk hurts. Crossing my legs hurts. I walked around and stretched a lot yesterday but my legs are still very sore today. Mostly quads, but honestly everything hurts. Would I be okay to do some light recovery cardio and upper body routine today or just rest again? I don't want to take more than 1 day off (aiming to workout every other day) but I also don't want to push it if my muscles still need time to heal. I really ripped em' this time...
SUPER sore legs... am I still ok to workout?
