This weekend for me is Thanksgiving weekend. So stuffed Turkey, mashed potatoes, cranberries and all that good stuff. But with holiday food has to be accompanied with a workout lol. So
Today (Saturday) I did: Easy Pilates and Cardio Workout with Relaxing Cool Down - Active Recovery Workout
Tomorrow (Sunday) will be: Refresh, Relax, and Restore: Stretching Workout for Tight Muscles
To accompany my workout today I'll be making pies for the family dinner tomorrow. There will be, of course a pumpkin pie, an almond and pear cream apple crumble pie (a mouthful to say the least but oh so delicious) and I'll add a apple crumble as a hostess gift...or in case the pies aren't enough lol. Which ever comes first.
