Hi! So I got a big project for school done and feel like I can breathe again. I've bought some healthy but convenient snacks for class and lunches. I've added 3 workout to my calendar on days where I'm able to make time for workouts.
I shared my frustrations with myself and working out with my husband and he is urging me to take time to workout, even if that means he takes on more of the housework and care of our son. So turns out, I do have support, I just needed to speak up.
I am curious about the Reach program. Is there any cardio in it? What are your thoughts about it if you have done it?
