This week I just start to do FB Bland 2 after taking some workout pause before. This program was always hard for me but I'm trying to give my best and push as hard as I can but I got little problem. After workout I drink protein shake and eat meal but around 2 hours after my exercise I feel really exhausted or my heart beat reach 100 (80 is normal for me) when I'm resting.
I'm wondering does anybody else had same problem like me, maybe you have some advice.
Do I pushing too much?
